You can book one of the 24 studios in the domain (), directly connected to the fitness centre : hammam, whirlpool baths, jet shower, body care and the SPA (swimming pool and Jacuzzi). # Vals-les-Bains:

Vals-les-Bains () is the most famous spa resort among the three. Its architectural Edwardian style, its 3 hectares park (), its casino and its theatre offer all the charms of renowned resorts.
Its 145 cold water bicarbonated and sodic springs ()(13°C) have been used since 1600 to treat diabetes, diet, metabolic and digestive diseases. The building with a neo-classicism façade dated 1845 was fully restored and offers in addition a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Turkish baths. Various programmes are on offer such as essential oil bubbling bath, jet shower, modelling. Face cares () and swimming lessons () are also available. Packages cover one, three or six half-days.

# Saint-Laurent-les-Bains:

Saint-Laurent-les-Bains () in the heart of Hautes Cévennes is a specialist in rheumatism ().
Its spring () gushes out in the village centre at a temperature of 53°C – the hottest in France – whatever the season is. You are offered programmes from one to six days () in order to forget stress and overwork. The mud bath is the flagship of St-Laurent-les-Bains spa, a bath of a soft and white mud in which you float like in weightless conditions. On spot, a relaxing room and herbal tea room is free of access. For a few days stay, the spa resort restored an old house () in the village and converted it into a residence of 15 one-room flats. They are all tastefully decorated with chestnut tree wood and terracotta covering floors.
